The cocktail of the month  

Le Gratte Ciel

• 25 cl de jus d'ananas
• 25 cl de lait de coco
• 15 cl de blanche d'armagnac
• 4 cl de jus de citron
• 1 pointe de piment d'Espelette moulu

• Dans un shaker, versez la blanche d'armagnac.
• Ajoutez le lait de coco et le jus de citron. 
• Mélangez.
• Ajoutez le jus d'ananas et le piment. 
• Secouer.
• Versez dans des grands verres.

L'Eve

• 8cl d'armagnac XO
• 8cl de jus de pomme
• 10cl de champagne
• 2 glaçons
• 1 tranche de pomme granny smith

• Prendre un verre haut, 
• Déposer les 2 glaçons,
• Verser l'armagnac XO puis le jus de pomme,
• Placer la tranche de pomme à cheval sur sur le rebord du verre en décoration.

The Happygnac

• 2cl Armagnac XO
• 1cl strawberry liqueur
• 10 cl orange juice 100% pure
• Ice
• 1 strawberry

• Take a shaker
• Place 4-5 ice cubes
• Pour the Armagnac XO and strawberry liqueur,
• Add the orange juice,
• Shake the shaker,
• Pour carefully into a cocktail glass,
• Place the cutter mounted on the rim of the glass decoration.

The Fresh

• 2cl Armagnac XO
• 8cl grape juice
• 6cl sparkling water
• Ice

• Take a tall glass,
• Apply 2 to 3 ice cubes
• Pour the sparkling water
• Add the juice of grapes,
• Carefully Pour Armagnac XO that should remain on the surface,

The Serial Lover

• 2,5cl Armagnac XO
• 1.5cl Cointreau
• 6cl pineapple juice
• 1 dash grenadine syrup

• Take a mixing glass,
• Pour the Armagnac XO, the Cointreau and pineapple juice some ice,
• Mix with a spoon.
• Add the dash of grenadine in the bottom of the cocktail glass.
• Go inside the glass mixture into the cocktail glass.

The Saint Sylvestre

• 1cl Curacao liqueur
• 2cl Armagnac "XO"
• 1 cherry
• 10cl of champagne brut
• 1 slice lemon

• Pour the Curacao and Armagnac in a champagne glass,
• Add the cherry,
• Leave the glass in the refrigerator,
• Just before serving, add champagne fresh crude
• Place the lemon slice mounted on the wall of glass.

The Frontalier

• 1cl Cuarenta y Tres (Licor 43)
• 5cl Armagnac "Hors d'age "
• 10cl orange juice
• 10cl lemon juice
• 1 Slice of orange
• 1 Lemon slice

• Pour Cuarenta y Tres and Armagnac in a tall glass,
• Add the orange juice and lemon
• Garnish with sliced orange and lemon.

The French Class

• XO Armagnac 5cl
• 2cl cream vanilla
• 2cl apricot liqueur
• 9cl pineapple juice

• Take a cocktail glass,
• Add 2 ice cubes
• Pour 5cl Armagnac XO
• Add the cream and vanilla
• Add the apricot liqueur,
• Pour the pineapple juice.

The Coffeegnac

• 6 Cl Blanche Armagnac
• 4 Cl Coffee Liqueur

• Take a cocktail glass,
• Fill the glass with crushed ice,
• Pour 6cl Blanche Armagnac very fresh
• add 4cl of the coffee liqueur.

The Glamour

• 2.5cl Armagnac
• 2.5cl orange liqueur
• 15cl Champagne

• take a glass
• drop liquor
• drop armagnac
• mix 
• add champagne

The Salsagnac

• 2.5cl Armagnac
• 2.5cl orange liqueur
• 15cl Champagne

• take a glass
• drop liquor
• drop armagnac
• mix 
• add champagne

The Mousquetaire

• 2.5cl Armagnac
• 2.5cl orange liqueur
• 15cl Champagne

• take a glass
• drop liquor
• drop armagnac
• mix 
• add champagne

The Bi-centenaire

• 1 Orange juice
• 1 Lemon
• 1 Teaspoon honey
• 15cl Armagnac vintage 1989
• Sparkling Water
• Crushed ice

• Pour crushed ice into glasses of type "long drinks" to half their volume
• In a shaker, mix Armagnac vintage 1989, orange juice and lemon juice and 3 ice cubes
• Shake 
• Spread the mixture over crushed ice in glasses
• Cover sparkling water and serve

• 15cl Champagne
